Mind the Gap is an agency specialising in staffing for events, trade fairs, congresses, video productions, photo shoots and promotional activity. It grew out of more than 13 years of experience in the sector and has operated as an agency for five years, with a network of over 800 active professionals across Italy.
Our team's background in event production and international scouting means we know the industry from the inside: we know what it means to face a schedule change an hour before doors, an unlisted guest, a replacement to find in thirty minutes.
That is why we do not simply send people. We select every profile against the client's brief and support it with training, on-site coordination and reporting. We work with luxury and corporate brands in Rome, Milan and across Italy.
